“We purchased a vacation cabin in Lake Arrowhead that was badly need of renovation. We interviewed several contractors to find someone who understand the direction we wanted to go with our new cabin. Given this is a vacation cabin, we were not able to supervise the work - hence, hiring someone we could trust was also very important. We found that most of the contractors we interviewed wanted a lot of money to do mostly cosmetic changes, and most of their "planning" was walking through and talking about what they would do - no formal plans, nothing we could see ahead of time, etc. We chose Custom Kitchen and Granite because their approach was extremely professional, they provided formal diagrams and ideas for us to review and their references were very strong. Their pricing was close to the other bids we received, but the level of professionalism and overall engagement with my wife and I was superior. In the end, their work was fantastic. It was on time and right at budget. Our vacation kitchen is actually better than the kitchen at our permanent resident. Gary and Rob were fantastic at sending us pictures along the way, and really good about reaching out when decisions needed to be made. I would highly recommend Gary and Rob for not only your kitchen, but any remodel you are considering. We are already planning our next project with them.”

“Our kitchen remodel is now finished, and it is absolutely beautiful. We chose Custom Kitchen and Granite because we knew of their reputation and knew they would do an excellent job. We were so sure of this that we never even shopped around for other contractors. For this reason, I can't tell you how they compared in price to others, but if you want a quality job, don't look any further. We replaced our white-tiled kitchen with granite and a tile back-splash, extended the island to create an eating area, added more electrical, and re-varnished our kitchen cabinets. The owners, Gary Poarch and Robert Rush were very easy to work with, had some great ideas, and they literally cleaned up the dust and debris as they were working. One man would be drilling while the other man was vacuuming up. This was especially important since we were living in the house. The subcontractors were all talented, professional and very friendly. There was not even one aspect of the job that didn't meet or exceed our expectations. We plan to have them back to do a desk area in the kitchen and to eventually redo all our bathrooms. I recommend them highly. Now we just have to have some parties to show off our gorgeous kitchen!”
A+++++. These guys are the best on the mountain!!! You will be very pleased by their professionalism, quality of work, and reasonable pricing!!!! My husband and I purchased a second home in Lake arrowhead and needed some interior renovations. We interviewed three contractors and these guys are by far the best!!! We had some rough ideas of what we wanted and their input was extremely valuable and ended up saving us thousands in the end. They took our ideas and gave us floorplans to evaluate and make changes . At each step of the way they were very accommodating and also suggested many money saving changes. Even after construction was started, I had made some plans changes and they were always open to the changes and never seemed put out!!! Believe me when I tell you that I am the most picky person on the planet!!! The entire project was done to perfection. They have the most outstanding subs available at the most reasonable prices!!! Of course I had concerns about not being available on site during the construction. No need to have worried. Rob was on site each day to meet the subs and to oversee their work and lock up at the end of the day! He kept in constant contact with me throughout the project and sent me pictures and email updates. They were always on time and completed the work as scheduled!!! Also, they always cleaned up after themselves each day so when I popped in to stay overnight I still had full use of the house! Can't say enough good things about my experience with them!!!
